*Indoor split system hydro wash
*Evaporator coil deep clean
*Fan barrel/ blower wheel clean

*Condensate drain flush
*Antibacterial treatment applied to cleaned
internal surfaces

(Normally $240 +gst) - Complete AC Health & Outdoor Care:
*Includes everything in Standard Package plus:
*Outdoor unit panels removal
*Make sure there are no vermin present
*Nitrogen blow out of leaves, dust, and debris
from unit
*Check outdoor unit fan and airflow
*Check for visible damage, rust, or wear
*Check pipe insulation condition where visible
*Check for noise or vibration while running
Outcome:
Helps keep the outdoor unit clear of debris while checking for visible damage, wear, or obstructions that could affect safe operation

(Normally $280 + gst) AC Health & Drain line Flush
Includes everything in the Basic Package, plus:
• Condensate drain flush with nitrogen
• Antibacterial treatment to internal surfaces
• Return air grille and accessible duct sections cleaned
Outcome:
Thorough AC health check + report for future works. Condensate drain flush stopping water leaks for peace of mind.

Premium Ducted Package $450 + gst
(Normally $500 + gst) AC Health & Deep Clean
Includes everything in the Standard Package, plus:
• Access and deep clean of central indoor unit
• Hydro wash / chemical clean of evaporator coil
• Blower wheel / fan clean
• Drain tray and pan clean
• Mould treatment to indoor unit
• Outdoor unit panels removal
• Check for vermin/nests and remove if present • Nitrogen blowout of leaves, dust & debris
• Check outdoor fan blades, motor & airflow
• Visual inspection for rust, damage or wear
• Check visible pipe insulation condition
• Check for noise or vibration while running
• Basic check of accessible ductwork
